Stephanie Miller was arrested for assaulting her boyfriend in the bathroom of El Burrito Loco in Midlothian, Illinois because he wouldn’t have sex with her.

They started their date at Sullivan’s Irish Pub but had to leave when Miller started throwing sandwiches across the bar. After making a scene, the couple left the pub and went to get dinner at El Burrito Loco, a Mexican restaurant across the street.

According to the police report, Slattery had to pee, so he excused himself to the men’s room. Miller followed him into the bathroom and started to disrobe, but Slattery wasn’t up for it, so when she demanded sex in the men’s room, he just kept peeing. That’s when she slammed his head into the wall.

Miller, 26, was arrested by police for domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance for the bottle of prescription painkillers the cops found in her purse that were registered to another person.
