칸 영화제 비롯해 유명 영화제 작품들 모아놓은 부산국제영화제... 주목할 만한 작품은?

Film festivals around the world have fallen victim to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But not the Busan International Film Festival, which opened on Wednesday.
It is showing several highly-anticipated films that were due to be shown at those canceled international film festivals.
Our Kim Bo-kyoung tells us which films are in the spotlight down in Busan.
A total of 192 movies from 68 countries are on show at this year's Busan International Film Festival.
"Though fewer movies will be screened at BIFF this year, tickets for some movies have already sold out. Let's check out some of the noteworthy movies at this year's festival."
This year, several Asian movies have distinguished themselves including the Japanese film 'True Mothers'.
Officially selected for Cannes 2020,... the movie tackles social issues like single mothers and adoptive families.
"Through this movie, I wanted to show how a deep relationship can be possible even when it's not a blood relationship. Amid this time when the virus might make people sensitive, I wanted to show how we can bond with each other even when we're apart."
The programmer of the festival who decides the festival playlist recommended some other films worth a watch.
Tsai Ming-liang’s 'Days', which was shortlisted for the top prize at the Berlin International Film Festival, is also highly anticipated.
As is 'Wife of a Spy', directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa who won the Silver Lion, the best director award at this year's Venice International Film Festival.
"The restored version of director Wong Kar-wai's well-known movie 'In the Mood for Love' will be screened,... and 'Love After Love', the latest film by Ann Hui, who won the Golden Lion Lifetime Achievement Award at the Venice Film Festival will also be shown."
The audiences are also looking forward to other films such as 'Minari', a film about a Korean-American family in search of hope.
"I am looking forward to watching the movie 'Minari' because I personally like the actress Youn Yuh-jung and the actor Steven Yeun participated in the film."
Despite the strict social distancing taking place, the festival is still giving visitors a chance to enjoy plenty of internationally recognized films.
