He could not pay it off because of the fact his job shut down. So here it is now he was applied for more then 200 jobs (no joke) and he can't get a job any place!!! Now he is living with a friend no bills in his name only a PO box and they sent him a summons saying he had 21 days to pay the debt off or they are going to take him to court for the cost( which they add on an extra thousand and 5 houndered he is basically home less no car no nothing.The amout they are trying to charge him is $3,500 -He eats at the fricken homeless shelter .I don't have any money either to help! He can't pay it right now and can't make payments with a 0 dollar income. He refuses to file for Bankruptcy too....... He wants to pay it off and feels bad he owes them money but they can't draw blood out of a stone.
