He had a personal loan of $10,000.00 through a Financial company, and used a vehicle that is now mine, that was once his, a 96 blazer, as Collateral, and included that loan in his bankruptcy. They never repossessed the vehicle, and the bankruptcy has been discharged. So I wanted to know, if it's possible for them to still repress the vehicle, and if not, if it would be a good idea to go down there and get the title to the vehilce. Let me know, thanks. -
