Punxsutawney Phil is facing the death penalty. As John Basedow reports, authorities in Ohio have issued an indictment against the groundhog over his prediction that there would be an early spring. The rodent didn't see his shadow when he emerged from his hole in Pennsylvania on February 2nd and that has caused many to blame him for having to deal with a frigid, extended winter.
