Feet elongated past his toes br Funny spherical and red his nose br A flower bright pinned on his coat br Which perhaps squirts water br And makes you soaked br A joke not funny he can tell br A car with parts that fall to the ground br And a loud horn to loudly shout br Get out the way I’m coming round br A painted face most sad br With downcast mouth and ring’ed eyes br That strangely sadness does not disguise br An icon of mirth and fame not wide br Who is he and what does he hide? br A clown you say?
