Chiaroscuro of twilight ends br As night embraces the day br Bleak- everything seems to be br Not just the night but feelings too. br My nonchalant gaze i throw out of the window br Penetrating the bosom of the creation, br The marvel that has given insightful fountains br Inspiring poets and artists, deadens within me. br br Tears wells up unknowingly br Until the first dropp touches my hand, br I recalled the last teardropp a day before br That fell on almost the same spot. br Tearing asunder the emotion that agitates br I tried with all my might at greatest height, br But, in abstract intangibility emotion evaporates br I am forlorn gasping for a release, br br For another day. br br br ©cyclopseven.
