wardha jawdat - ..the quest..1.

the beauty was so perfect... br that it felt...almost cruel, br i could feel the pain in my bosom... br the pain of its perfection. br br i could not look away. br i could not blink. br i forgot to draw the lifegiving breath br that sustains this fragile being... br br the sounds of the stream, br swirling, like a thousand free spirits, br playing at ring a roses br around age worn crags, br pulled me down, into depths so cold, so sweet, br filled with such tragically soft promises... br of heaven and honeysuckle, br that i felt mesmerically at peace. br the ecstacy was paralytic, br in its wholeness. br br so long have i hunted for you, br years i have lusted, for a dropp br of this nectar... br br here, finally, br i can feel you, looking upon me. br feel your warmth caress my face. br br i am home! br i am free! br a child of the earth, a soul at peace. br br o Lord, let me rest here.... br in the shadows of Your Grace, br these trappings of pretensions br i feel, i can't don anymore. br o let me stay! br let me swathe my spirit br in the balm of this quietude, br float like an atom, br upon the winds, br of freedom, br and soul.
