Italian investigators have surveyed the inside of the Ezadeen, a ship left adrift off the Italian coast with 450 migrants aboard. Italian emergency workers have attended to the refugees after the ship was brought to port by the European Maritime Force. It appears to be a new and cold-blooded tactic of human traffickers, as Harry Smith reports.
