Rajkot: The vehicle owners keep on complaining of delay in receipt of registration certificate (RC) books and licences but the authorities of Rajkot Regional Transport Office (RTO) continue to work at snail's pace leaving people in mess. People wait throughout the day in long queues and return home empty-handed.
