Quadruplets were recently born in Illinois while their father, Tony Burch, an Army captain, was deployed in South Korea--but thanks to Facetime, he was there all the way.
Tony's wife Mary Pat gave birth via C-section at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center in Hinsdale on January 24th.
