How to Make Pop Overs

This recipe was orignially posted at : br Ingredients br br 2 eggs br 1 cup milk br 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour br 12 teaspoon salt br br Directions br br Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Into a bowl add eggs, milk, and sifted flour and salt. Beat with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps. Do not over beat, stop when the lumps disappear from the batter. Fill muffin tins 12 full. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and have popped up. Serve immediately. br br If you live in a higher altitude these will take a little longer to cook.
