Mustard seeds br Few curry leaves br ½ tsp. ginger paste br 2 tsp. sugar br Juice of half a lemon br 2 tbsp oilghee br br Method:- br - Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds. Add the chillies and the curry leaves. br - Add the onions and sauté them until soft and translucent. br - Add the ginger paste, sugar, salt, lemon juice and the mix well. br - Add the oats and mix well again. br - Add 1 cup of water and cover and cook for 3-7 minutes till the oats are done. br - Garnish with coriander and serve.
