Shaheen Afridi Best Bowling 5 Wickets in PSL Lahore Qalandars Vs Multan Sultans HBL PSL 2018

Teenage sensation Shaheen Shah Afridi proved why he is regarded so highly in Pakistan as he picked up his maiden five-wicket haul which helped Lahore Qalandars register its first win in the Pakistan Super League on Friday.

17-year-old Afridi, who went wicketless in the previous three matches he played in the tournament, returned figures of 5 wickets for 4 runs from his four overs as Lahore bowled out Multan for a paltry 114 in 19.4 overs after they opted to bat first.

These are the third best bowling figures in PSL history behind Ravi Bopara's 6 for 16 in 2016 and Umar Gul's 6 for 24 earlier this month.

Sri Lankan legend Kumar Sangakkara top-scored for Multan with 45 off 30 balls while Ahmed Shehzad and Sohaib Maqsood contributed with 32 and 16 runs respectively, but the rest of the batsmen failed to score even in double digits.
