Legendary Papua New Guinean Heavyweight Boxer and Wan Papua Warriors Captain, Tala Tu'i Kami has made this video shoutout for West Papua at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat.

"This is my appeal and my message to the leaders of the Pacific Islands Forum who will be meeting over the next week. Put the issue of West Papua at the forefront of your discussions, and as a united Pacific, take these issues to the UN.

"This is the call from the Pacific people to you as our leaders. Fight for the people of West Papua, fight for freedom, fight for justice. One day West Papua will be free, and your legacy as a leader will be defined by whether you stood by and watched, or you supported the fight for freedom. Don't ever forget that. Free West Papua!"
