In a big victory for Narendra Modi government, the Supreme Court on Thursday exonerated Gujarat Water Resources Minister and BJP leader Babubhai Bokhiria in a murder case of a businessman in 2005. A bench led by Justice C K Prasad quashed the summon issued by a Porbandar trial court to Bokhiria as an accused and set aside all the criminal proceedings.
