The mobile call records and surveillance conducted by the ACB in the past few days will prove IAS officer Ashok Singhvi's nexus with middleman Sanjay Sethi and hawala traders, ACB sources said on Friday. There were reports that ACB tapped Singhvi's calls to Sethi about the status of mines in Chittorgarh district.
