Major General Rizwan Akhtar has been appointed Director General of Pakistan's inteligence agency ISI on Monday.br br The officer will assume the charge of his new appointment on November 8.br br Maj Gen Rizwan was commissioned in Pakistan Army in Frontier Force Regiment in September 1982. He is graduate of Command and Staff College Quetta, National Defense University Islamabad, War Course USA.
