Mumbai's crater-like potholes claimed another life when 16-year-old Prakash Bilhore met with a bike accident on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road on Tuesday. Prakash suffered a brain haemorrhage from the fall, and was declared dead after he was rushed to Holy Spirit Hospital in Andheri East.
