He is the only player in the history of cricket to have scored more than 5000 runs in Tests and have taken more than 400 wickets. He retired from international cricket in 1994. He is one of the greatest all-rounders the game has known, which is why he earned a spot in the ICC Hall Of Fame in 2010. A biopic is being made on him and it stars Ranveer Singh in the lead.
