Nibong Tebal MP Datuk Mansor Othman collapsed as he was delivering his Budget 2020 speech in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday.

He was assisted by other lawmakers seated next to him, with Subang MP Wong Chen holding Mansor and preventing him from falling.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail told reporters that Mansor might have suffered a syncopal attack when he was speaking during the proceedings.
