Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said on Tuesday (July 28) that the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is currently studying to improve new alchohol licence guidelines and its alcohol licensing authority will have a meeting next month to develop the new guidelines.
Meanwhile, no new alcohol licence can be issued.
