How to make Homemade Rasmalai Recipe by Cooking with Asifa.br Ras malai is a dessert originating from the Bengal region but lot famous in Indian Sub-continent. These are white cream balls soaked in simmering milk cream.br br Ingredients:br Egg 2 br Milk 1.5 Lbr Sugar 34 cupbr Semolina 1 tspbr Almonds 15 pcsbr Cardamom 3 pcsbr Pistachio 15 pcs br Plain flour 1 tspbr Baking powder 1 tspbr Desi-ghee 1 12 tbspbr Dry milk powder 1 cupbr br Recipe:-br br Mix dry milk powder, semolina, baking powder, plain flour & Desi-ghee in a bowl.br Knead it for 5-10 mins with help of an egg by gently adding a small amount of it makes dough soft.br Divide & make small round balls from the dough without any crack.br Heat milk, sugar n cardamom in a cooking pan & cook till milk decreases from 1.5 liters to 1 Lbr Add Balls in milk to cook on high flame for 5 mins.br Add half of pistachio n almonds to simmer for 10 mins.br Cool down the ras-malai in the pan for 15 mins and refrigerate.br Serve by garnishing almonds n pistachios all over it.br br rasmalai recipe with milk powder.br rasmalai recipe.rasmalai recipe in urdu.br ras malai.
