Newly-minted MACC chief Latheefa Koya on Tuesday urged those who would like to challenge the anti-graft agency’s 41 civil forfeiture suits to recover RM270mil belonging to 1MDB to submit an affidavit instead of just talking to the media.
She was commenting on former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s response to the civil forfeiture in which he told reporters on Saturday that the MACC must establish the source of fund as it cannot be assumed that everything is 1MDB money.
