Finance Minister: Loan repayment moratorium estimated at RM78b as at Aug 21

The value of the moratorium on loan repayments by financial institutions stood at RM78.14bil as at Aug 21, 2020, Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz said on Wednesday (Sept 2).
For those who still need a moratorium extension and targeted bank assistance after Sept 30, he said the banking institutions are ready to help the borrowers.
