IGP satisfied with special report on Sg Buloh police, weaknesses due to poor follow-up actions

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador on Wednesday said he is satisfied with the outcome of an internal probe by Bukit Aman's Integrity and Standard Compliance Department on the operation of the Sungai Buloh police.
He added that they had nevertheless identified several weaknesses that must be addressed.
The Sungai Buloh police have been put in the spotlight after a burger seller claimed in a viral video that the local police and enforcement personnel had protected gambling operators and illegal hawkers in the area.
