An apology should not serve as a "licence" to absolve Datuk Mohamaddin Ketapi after making insensitive and irresponsible remarks about the police and armed forces, says Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Defence Minister said that on Tuesday, adding that although the Warisan leader had apologised for making insensitive remarks against Malaysian security forces, it would not bring back to life those who had died safeguarding the nation during the Kampung Tanduo intrusion in Lahad Datu seven years ago.
