Budget 2021: HR minister hails helping hand for workforce

The various initiatives in Budget 2021 will give a sense of confidence to the country's workforce, says Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan.
“Some companies are not sure if they can continue to operate or if they need to wind up their business (amid the Covid-19 pandemic), and the Wage Subsidy Programme has saved more than 3,000 businesses, ” he told a press conference in Parliament after the tabling of Budget 2021.
