The Big Thank You 2020 celebrates Yorkshire's extraordinary local heroes - community champions who have gone beyond the normal to help the rest of us in the most challenging times in the battle against the the Covid19 pandemic.

Yorkshire's leading JPI Media news titles - including Yorkshire Evening Post, The Star, Harrogate Advertiser series and Yorkshire Post - came together to honour our heroes with the first Big Thank You virtual awards, hosted by BBC presenter legend Harry Gration.
It features celebrity appearances including Doctor Who star Jodie Whittaker, actresses Angela Griffin and VerityRushworth, , BBC presenter Keeley Donovan, celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton and TV's Customer Whisperer Kate Hardcastle and Emmerdale TV star Bradley Johnson.
