The Bombay City Civil Court at Dindoshi, on Tuesday, dismissed a notice of motion filed by actress Kangana Ranaut in a suit challenging a notice issued by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in connection with alleged unauthorised works carried out by Ranaut at her residential building at Khar, Mumbai.
