Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said the proclamation of Emergency should not be politicised, as the Emergency Ordinance allows the government to utilise private healthcare assets.
He said the move would enable the government to act fast if the current healthcare system could not cope with the increasing number of Covid-19 patients.
