Even on the day of Holi, the political mercury in West Bengal was at its peak. BJP and TMC are not leaving any chance to attack each other in the battle of assembly elections. In the same sequence, on 29 March, a BJP delegation arrived in Kolkata to meet the Chief Electoral Officer. BJP leader Ashwini Vaishnav said that the party has demanded the Election Commission to impose Section 144 for the second phase of voting.
