Markets in Karachi, Pakistan are busy and lively as residents begin making preparations for Ramadan. Dates, a popular food during Ramadan along with traditional desserts are being sold and prepared. "We will try to keep ourselves safe (from Covid-19) and will pray to Allah that He may protect every Muslim from this pandemic," says a local resident.
