While Delhi suffers due to unprecedented rise in Covid-19 cases, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed that positivity rate increased from 24 to 30 in last 24 hours. CM Kejriwal also informed that less than 100 ICU beds are left and there's oxygen shortage in the national capital. Delhi reported a spike of over 24,000 Covid-19 cases on April 17.
