Police detained a bus driver in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday for not complying with standard operating procedures (SOPs) after the bus he was driving was found to be carrying more passengers than allowed.
Under the current SOP, the 44-seater bus was supposed to only be carrying 22 passengers.
