Singapore’s Housing & Development Board on Wednesday launched the first Build-To-Order (BTO) flats under the new prime location public housing model.
The project in Rochor comes with stricter buying and selling conditions, which include a 6% subsidy clawback clause upon their resale and a 10-year minimum occupation period.
