The Supreme Court on Thursday set aside the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s order on the Haryana government’s law providing 75 per cent quota in private jobs for local residents of the state. In its order, the Supreme Court also asked the Punjab and Haryana High Court to decide on the issue “within a month” and directed the state government to not take any “coercive steps against the employers” for the time being. Supreme Court ने कहा कि High Court ने अंतरिम रोक के फैसले में कारण नहीं बताया है. इसी के साथ Supreme Court ने Punjab और Haryana High Court को 4 हफ्ते में मामले में फैसला करने को कहा है.
