Occurred on April 2022 USAbr br : "We installed an Aluminum Sash Window Pet Door in a window that leads to an enclosed catiopatio. When trying to teach my cat Ivy to use the door, she chose wrong and bonked her head on the glass side panel. Ivy recovered quickly and suffered no injury.
