GE15: Barisan open to cooperation if it can't get simple majority, says Ismail Sabri

Barisan Nasional will need to establish cooperation with other coalitions if it cannot secure a simple majority in the 15th General Election (GE15), says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The caretaker Prime Minister said this on Wednesday (Oct 26) when asked to comment on a prediction by political analyst Dr Azmi Hassan that Barisan was capable of securing between 80 and 85 of the 222 parliamentary seats, adding that the cooperation would have to be determined by the supreme council after the polls.
