A Palestinian student was detained on Tuesday (Jan 24) for allegedly peeping into a house occupied by local female students in Cyberjaya.
Sepang district police chief ACP Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusof said the complainant’s neighbour recorded the man’s actions before he fled.
