ATO whistleblower appeals decision that left him facing life in prison

The man who blew the whistle on ATO debt-recovery practices has faced a South Australian court today with the support of the Human Rights Law Centre. Earlier this year former employee Richard Boyle lost his bid to be declared immune from prosecution as a whistleblower. Now he's appealing against that decision to avoid possible life in prison.
