The mother of a 15 year-old girl and a 12 year-old girl in Tobago is calling for charges to be laid against a PH taxi driver whom it is alleged sexually assaulted her two girls one of whom is now pregnant. The distraught woman said she decided to come to TV6 as she feels the matter is not being dealt with by the police. Elizabeth Williams visited the affected parent and has this report.
