KNOW YOUR RIGHTS by Public Law Center attorney, Frida Franco. br br This presentation will assist community members by informing community members of their constitutional rights, how to best prepare in the event of an encounter with ICE, and provide guidance on what one could do in the event they are arrested and detained by ICE. Additionally, we will briefly touch on enforcement priorities for this current presidential administration.
