On Sunday a new champions were crowned at the UWI Spec International Half Marathon. Kenyan Alex Ekesa won the event for the first time while Teenager Aniqah Bailey won the equivalent for the women. It was a dream come true for the athlete who set her sights on winning the event in 2024.
