Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), while the tropical depression outside has strengthened into a tropical storm, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, Nov. 6.
