For this one I chose some wines that you can enjoy when summer is at it's worst. In this set are the 2011 La Playa Estate Sauvignon Blanc, the 2011 Tenuta Sant'Antonio Scaia Bianca, and the 2011 Domaine Bart Marsannay Rosé.
