Since my dad is the card holder he is getting the insurance checks. He is claiming bankruptcy and is including all medical bills. Therefore he is convinced he doesn't need to give me the checks to pay off the doctors. Because i am over 18 i believe these bills are my responsibility not his. I am worried that when all is said and done its going to be my butt on the line and sent to collections. Can anyone tell me how this works and what i should do.
