This is an investigative report about the theft on electricity in the already Energy starved country, Pakistan. A meter reader was taken into confidence and his face got blurred by us so that his colleagues shouldn't recognize him. The meter reader provided the unpaid utility bills of different government departments and we approached some of them. They beat about the bush and were at a loss for words. We caught people red handed while using the electricity illegally. Village people turned against us for making the video of the crime they were committing trough the wires of the electricity. The report proved that no authority is interested in taking action against the culprits and the guy who asks us to switch the camera off is the Head of LESCO at district level. He tells us that provincial government is liable to submit millions of rupees as utility bills but once the officer senses that the camera is making his video, he keeps quiet.
