As John Basedow reports, Bravo stars Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer are leaving the series and Tinseltown bigwigs warn potential replacements to stay clear of the TV franchise, especially if they have existing businesses or careers. One TMZ source said only people who have nothing to lose, like Brandi Glanville, could benefit by being on the show.
