A video posted to LiveLeak on March 24 shows a man openly masturbating on a Toronto Rocket train. Details are sparse, but his activity is unmistakable.
The video was captured by a young woman seated across from the man. The man, who is fully clothed but for his fly, strokes his penis without any indication that he might be engaging in socially unacceptable behavior.
A one point in the video, the woman turns the camera on herself to show a look of surprise. The man carries on for nearly a minute and at times appears to look directly at the camera.
Whether for reasons of propriety or perhaps, physiology, the man suddenly stops touching himself, then pauses for a few moments and checks his watch.
The video, which lasts 98 seconds, was reportedly recorded on February 26.
